Bayab African rose gin

African owned Bayab gin have brought out this new rose expression for Valentine’s Day and just like their other bottles it’s excellent quality, with none of the synthetic aftertaste you might worry a flavoured gin could have. Distilled in small batches with locally grown sugarcane the gin is infused with rose water, rose petals, coriander, sea salt and Baobab fruit from across the continent. Ice cream lovers will adore Badiani’s gelato cakes which have been dolled up as hearts for the occasion. The pistachio flavour is truly sublime and it’s paired with layers of pistachio spread on a sponge cake base.
